'Defibrilator' spoof festival poster - In aid of rock respite care
While working at music festivals a few years ago, it struck me that not only were all of the touring bands were men; they were old and getting older.
At the time that I came up with the idea for a rock festival called 'Defibrilator', I was watching Neal Young and Bob Dylan; a.k.a 'Not Near Young' and 'Bob Dying'. It struck me that if they came on together at the same time, there would need to be a defibrilator on both sides of the stage in case they both croaked at the same time.
Add Eric Clapped Out, ACDC (unplugged) and many more and you have got yourselves a festival where 'rock never dies' 'in aid of rock respite care'.
STAND CLEAR. CHARGE. ROCK!!!
