Digital Submarine

"We all live in the Digital Submarine..." Wouldn't it be interesting to know whether John Lennon was a massive Twitter user? Would he have a 500 million followers? Or would he go on strike and unplug his social media for the life-sapping privacy invasion of it all? Probably both, right?

Look closer to see further. You will see that I have interwoven adapted Beatles lyrics into the word cloud to explore the insanity of our phone-obsessed world. Post-modern classics such as, "HELP, I need an iphone, not just any damn phone!"; "4G is all you need"; "While my phone  gently weeps"; "I'm sorry I have not been around, when I look at my phone I feel so insecure"; and many more...

So, it is fan art imagining that the greatest songwriters of all time were commenting on the world today.
